リーガルのオリジナルラインKENFORDから新ライン「The Kenford Fineshoes」がローンチ　／Regal corp. launches new line “The Kenford Fineshoes

皆さんは中学・高校のときに指定靴じゃなかった方、何履いていましたか？

うちの学校の2大人気は、REGAL（リーガル）またはHARUTA（ハルタ）でした。

そんな日本の学生に愛用されてきたリーガルには、オリジナルブランドがあるんですよ。

 

リーガルコーポレーションのオリジナルブランド「KENFORD」から、このたびクラシックなレザーシューズにフォーカスした新ライン「The Kenford Fineshoes」（ケンフォード ファインシューズ）がデビュー。

そもそもKENFORDの成り立ちが、日本の老舗シューメーカーであるリーガルコーポレーションが「伝統的な革靴をより多くの人に」という想いのもとにスタートしたオリジナルブランド。

1stコレクションではクラシックなローファーのみにフォーカスをあて、既存の革靴にない新しい要素を加え発信します。1986年に発売された最初のモデルと同じ木型を35年以上経った現在も変わらず使っていて、裁断から底付まで全ての工程を国内で行う100% MADE IN JAPANのローファーです。

発売は6月17日(金)にオープンする公式オンラインストアでの限定販売。

本ラインは、定番のローファーをベースにしながらも、より現代のストリートに溶け込むデザインへリフレッシュされた合計9デザインで展開。

既存の革靴にはない新しい要素が加わったローファーは、ラフで自由な空気をまとい、革靴のクラシックなイメージを刷新します。また、新ラインの発売に併せ、Tシャツやソックス等のアパレルラインの展開もスタート。

 

KENFORD was originally started as an original brand by REGAL Corporation, a long-established Japanese shoe manufacturer, with the idea of “bringing traditional leather shoes to as many people as possible.

The first collection focuses only on classic loafers, adding new elements not found in existing leather shoes, and the same wooden pattern as the first model released in 1986 is still being used today, more than 35 years later.
