去年は１年を通しても「サウナ」が関係する原稿を書いたのはチームラボのリコネクトと１本ぐらいだったのに、今年はすでに5本を超えています。
サウナ体験記事ではなく、サウナに関する施設やビジネスモデルを執筆するゾーンライターがこれだけ書くということは、いよいよ日本においてサウナは生活密着型へと進化しているのは紛れもない事実。
最新情報としてご紹介したいのが、ついにサブスクリプションモデルが登場した件。
Last year, even throughout the year, I wrote only one article on “sauna” and one on TeamLab’s Reconnect, but this year, I have already written more than five articles.
The fact that Zone writers, who write about sauna facilities and business models rather than sauna experiences, are writing this many articles is an undeniable fact that saunas are finally evolving into a more lifestyle-oriented activity in Japan.
As an update, I would like to introduce the subscription model that has finally appeared.

2022年5月30日から始まったのが、日本初・全国施設対象のサウナのサブスクリプションサービス「サウナタイムパス」。月額1200円を払って会員になり、それぞれの賛同施設ごとに定められた一定の条件を達成するという条件付きとなりますが入館料が無料となります。
SAUNA TIME PASS, Japan’s first sauna subscription service for facilities nationwide, began on May 30, 2022.”SAUNA TIME PASS” is Japan’s first sauna subscription service for facilities nationwide. Members pay 1,200 yen per month to become a member and receive free admission, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions set by each endorsed facility.
運営するのはサウナメディア「サウナタイムス」。
サウナ記事の掲載やイベントの企画などを行っていて、今回はサウナーの悩みを解決するべく企画したそうです。
その悩みというのは
・毎日通うには金銭負担が大きい」
・決まった施設にばかり通ってしまう
というもの。まぁ後者は好きならばそれでいいんじゃないかなぁと思うのですが（笑）。協賛として、サウナ文化の普及をサポートしてきたポカリスエット イオンウォーターが入っています。賛同施設毎に設けられた一定の条件というのは、施設内飲食店利用・宿泊施設利用・SNSでの当該サウナ施設情報の拡散などで、これを満たすと利用料はサウナタイムスの月額会員であれば無料となります。

サービス正式スタート時点では、「サウナ&カプセルホテル北欧」（上野）や「サウナ&カプセルホテル ウェルビー福岡」、「スパ＆ホテル 舞浜ユーラシア」など全国10か所。今後も増えていく予定です。

注意しなくてはいけないのが、共通している条件としてもう1点
サウナタイムパスが使えるのは、1施設につき1ヶ月1回
というルールがあるところ。
つまり、自宅から近くて毎日通っているところがサブスクだからといって毎日行けるわけではないわけです。
とはいえ、2022年5月と6月の月額利用料はオープニングキャンペーンで無料となるので、サウナーの方は1度試してみるのはありではないでしょうか。
SAUNA TIME PASS can only be used once per month per facility.This means that you can’t go every day to a place that is close to your home and that you go to every day.
However, the monthly fee for May and June 2022 will be free as part of the opening campaign, so saunas may want to give it a try.
